CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER TIER I

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Prior to joining Rev.io, I worked for a Managed Service Provider, CCI Systems, as a Project Supervisor. I managed a team of 10 in-house and up to 50 international cable designers, designing infrastructure for ISPs such as Comcast, Cox, and Charter.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am a Client Success Manager for Tier 1. My objective in this role is to help our clients succeed, in turn, furthering the success of Rev.io. In my eyes, our business is Success as a Service, as opposed to Software as a Service.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

My favorite part about working with our clients is the variety of knowledge you come across when interacting with them. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to learn something new, whether it be about our platform, or something in the industry as a whole.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

Fun fact about me, my first name is Nicholas, Cameron is actually my middle name.

JEFFERY BECKWORTH

SOFTWARE ENGINEER TIER III

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

I was working as a software engineer at a couple different companies over the span of about 5 years. When I found Rev.io, it was a much needed change in culture.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I’m a software engineer on our T3 team. I work on enhancements and bug fixes while assisting clients with issues they run into.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

I enjoy learning about the different viewpoints that our client-base has about the product as well as our field. Being on the technical side, it helps shape the way I make changes to better support our clients.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

My wife and I have 4 mischievous cats names Poppy, Willow, Sopha, and Drake.

BRODERICK THAYER

SOFTWARE ENGINEER TIER II

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Before I joined Rev.io, I was a student studying Software Engineering at Kennesaw State University.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am a member of our Tier 3 team. My role incorporates communicating with our clients to solve their needs either through researching the system, resolving a system issue, or by spreading knowledge about Rev.io’s system.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

I like that I am challenged everyday with new problems to solve. For each issue that is resolved, I aim to prevent that issue from occurring again either through training or implementing a long-term solution. It is very satisfying to fix something once and for good.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

I have an identical twin, Zachary, who also works at Rev.io in another department.

SANJAY KOTHARI

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

I've been in IT since graduating from UGA in 1998, and worked as an independent consultant for 15 years. The last 5 years before coming to Rev.io, I worked as an analyst at UPS. Unfortunately, I did not get to wear brown shorts to work. I’m also a professional musician and singer/songwriter.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I work on the best team at Rev.io, the Tier 3 Support team, which has some of the most intelligent and talented engineers around. It's not just Tier 3, though - being in Client Success means I get to spend every day collaborating with extraordinary people that are fun, caring and dedicated.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

I love the direct contact we have with our clients. We really get to know our clients as people, and learn what's important to them, how their particular business works, and the best ways that Rev.io can help them and their customers. Once our clients are onboarded, they belong to Client Success forever!



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

In 2007, I joined with a small group of friends and founded Songs For Kids Foundation to give kids with illnesses, injuries, and special needs the opportunity to express themselves through music. Our musicians impact the lives of kids both in and out of children's hospitals through live interactive concerts, hospital bedside performances, music mentorship, and songwriting & recording programs.. Since 2007, we have expanded and now provide regular programs in children's hospitals in 5 states. In 2013, co-founder Josh and I performed at over 240 children's hospitals in 180 cities across America, driving a little over 30,000 miles over 11 months. And in 2019, we opened the first Songs For Kids Center in downtown Atlanta as a safe space for kids with illnesses, injuries and special to come and work one-on-one with music mentors - to learn instruments, perform or just have fun and goof around with music!

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Before Rev.io I was working at a small IT software firm based in Duluth, GA.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

My current role is a senior software engineer and team lead of the Tier 3 team.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

My favorite part is being able to help resolve issues for our clients so they can continue to improve and grow their business using Rev.io.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

My new favorite hobby is flying a drone to capture videos and pictures of beautiful landscapes.

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Before coming to Rev.io, I was working at Georgia Pacific in their IT department.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

My current role is Director of Client Success



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

My favorite part of working with clients is watching their business grow and become more efficient.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

On weekends, I volunteer with upkeep and maintenance on trails and parks with the Forestry Department

STEVEN DIXON

TIER 2 CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER 

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

I worked at a company called CGS that handles warranty and technical support for Lenovo products.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am part of Tier 2 support. I help handle data related requests like report building, database refreshes, and code investigations.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

I think my favorite part of working with our clients is not only being able to help solve their issues but teaching them how they can solve the issue in the future. They always seem very appreciative and willing to learn new things about the system.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

My favorite toys as a kid were legos, and to this day I still enjoy building things

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

I was an Application Support Engineer at a Third-Party Risk and Compliance SaaS vendor.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am a Tier 1 Client Success Manager.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

There’s never a dull day. The tickets that our customers submit are always different so it gives me a great look into the Rev.io product.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

I have moved states 5 times (Illinois, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia).

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Before Rev.io I worked with an Independent Marketing Organization for Annuity Sales. I oversaw compliance and product training for new annuities being introduced into different carriers portfolio’s.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am a Tier 1 Client Success Manager.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

I really enjoy getting to know our clients through the Zoom meetings and calls. Problem solving with them has really helped build relationships and helps with building even better customer service.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

I love to play Disc Golf and be outdoors as much as I can be.

  TIER 1 CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER 

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

Before coming to Rev.io, I graduated from Georgia Southern University in May of 2019, then proceeded with my Information Technology degree to obtain a Software Development Internship with Cosairus in Atlanta, Georgia.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

As a Tier 1 Client Success Manager, I am responsible for effectively managing incoming calls and tickets within Rev.io customer guidelines within the Tier 1 request. We are the first point of contact to investigate and solve product or service requests by clarifying and determining the root cause, and by selecting the best solution or next steps regarding the request.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

  The best and most important part about working with our clients is the cooperation and relationships that are built while assisting and indulging in new requests.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

Rev.io is my first full time job right out of college and I couldn’t be more grateful to land a job with a company like Rev.io.

1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

I worked as a software developer for an insurance firm.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

I am a Tier 2 Client Success Manager.



3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

  Our clients are always bringing us new ideas and new challenges everyday.



4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

During the isolation period, you could find me tinkering with watches, typewriters, or computers in my free time.

  CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER 

  1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

  Before I came to Rev.io, I led the onboarding department at an automotive marketing agency. My main focus was creating the strategy for new digital ad campaigns and aligning our new client’s goals with proven marketing techniques.



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

 I’m a member of the Tier 1 Client Success Team, meaning I am a daily point of contact for clients and mainly focus on assisting clients and training them on the functionalities within Rev.io.



  3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

  My favorite part about working with our clients is being able to cultivate a relationship with them. When I worked in onboarding at my previous job, I wouldn’t have any communication with clients after their campaigns went live. I enjoy being on the opposite side of the process now where I get to be in continued communication with our clients and see their growth while using Rev.io!



  4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

A fun fact about me is that I am very passionate about animal rescue and rehabilitation. Currently I have a rescue cat who only has one eye, a permanently injured leg, and needs an inhaler for her asthma twice a week.

  1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

  My brother and I headed the Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality Association in Russia before coming Stateside. 



 2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

 Client Success Manager - helping our clients resolve gaps, working on finding solutions for ideas that do not have defined answers, and ensuring our clients are able to make the absolute most out of Rev.io.



  3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

  Seeing how our work results in tangible impact on our client’s business. In one phrase: winning together.



  4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

I was originally left-handed.

  1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io?

  I was an Account Manager at a fire and life safety protection company.



  2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

  My role is to be an advocate for the client, and provide the necessary product knowledge    and/or tools to build our clients up for success with their billing needs.



  3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients?

  Having that “Eureka” moment of working with the client to solve their questions and needs.



  4) Name one fun fact about yourself.

  I love spicy food, and was recently the only female that successfully completed our in-office    “Hot Ones” challenge, where you taste different levels of hot sauce.

     Working at Home Depot as a data migration engineer.



      2) What is your role on the Client Success team?

      3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients? 

    Talking to clients on the phone and hearing that I helped them resolved their issue or reading     a positive response!



    4) Name one fun fact about yourself. 

   I can eat >5lbs of food in one sitting

      1) What were you doing before you came to Rev.io? 

  Before joining the team at Rev.io, I was a GED instructor with a technical college      north of Atlanta. I taught everything from K-12 on all subjects for about 3 years.



      2) What is your role on the Client Success team? 

  I am a Client Success Manager within the Client Success team.



      3) What is your favorite part of working with our clients? 

  Making connections with clients as we work together to resolve any issues that arise.



    4) Name one fun fact about yourself. 

  I enjoy woodworking in my spare time. I also have three sets of twins in my family.
